Pelmet arrived in good time but despite being well packaged the carrier clearly dropped something heavy on it and it was substantially damaged. Graham was appalled and dealt with it immediately: no quibbles, no fuss, just made a replacement. And to top it all, rather than risk the same thing happening again, delivered it personally and took away the damaged one! (we weren't too far away from him). Brilliant service.

We received the lovely pelmet on Thursday afternoon in excellent condition. My Aunt had it installed today and she is over the moon with it, she said it's fantastic great quality and colour it's made her room.
Received pelmets with no damage, must say the packing was incredible and would have took a major incident to damage the contents. Now to get them up and will be ordering the 3 more we need.
Just to let you know we received the pelmets today and they are up already, thank you for supplying them, unfortunately we don't have any more windows left to put a pelmet up on.
